We appreciate your interest in our services and would like to give you an idea of the procedures we use, as well as the benefits that air duct cleaning will provide you and your employees.

The first step is the removal of all your vent covers or registers. These are all cleaned and sanitized. Secondly, while the covers are being cleaned, or technicians will run the vacuum hose with a static brush attachment the entire length of the ducts to the air handler until they are clean. The last step before replacing all of your vent covers is to apply a hypoallergenic sanitizer into the duct system, which eliminates microscopic organisms that cause respiratory problems and odors. This product called Envirocon is registered with EPA and is used in many hospitals

To help maintain a cleaner, healthier environment, we recommend using a high quality filter such as an electrostatic filter and also running the fan on your unit continually so that the air in your building is constantly filtered. The electrostatic filter removes 84%-95% of dust and pollen, as opposed to the 5%-7%, which is the normal amount, collected by disposable filters.

After we have completed our service, your home, business or school will notice a substantial difference in the air quality in your building due to the removal of the pollen, dust, mold, spores, mildew, and bacteria from the air duct system. You will also notice that you are dusting less often and your system should operate more efficiently.
